HCP CEO Simon Conway attended the West Sussex Growers Robotics, Automation and Innovation conference. The conference was well attended by over 150 delegates from all areas of Horticulture with the opening address from NFU president Minette Batters. A large selection of HCP members attended across Ornamentals, Protected Edibles, Soft fruit and Field Veg sectors. It was good to meet up with HCP board members Charles Carr, Keston Williams and Technical Advisor to the HCP Board, Tim Lacey from Hutchinsons and also caught up with BPOA Chairman Derek Jarman. The conference was hosted by AIC board member and Fargro MD Richard Hopkins, it was a great event to be invited to.
