To help and assist growers and their organisations, HSE has a specific contact point: a Grower Champion.
The Grower Champion is available to growers or any individual within the agricultural/horticultural/forestry/amenity industries wishing to find out more information about pesticide regulation and, in particular, minor uses.
The Grower Champion can help from explaining regulatory issues to helping with submission and evaluation of minor use authorisations.

It has been created to ensure research outputs remain accessible and useful to those who can apply them in the field, and will feature regular webinars and events. The hub is currently a prototype and feedback would be greatly appreciated.

EU Pesticides Database
The EU Pesticides Database allows users to search for information on active substances used in plant protection products, Maximum Residue Levels (MRLs) in food products, and emergency authorisations of plant protection products in EU Member States.
