Carlos Duarte and CEO Simon Conway attended the National Fruit show at the Kent showground. This even brings together the British Fruit growing community and it was a good chance to meet members of HCP from British Apples and Pears, Cherry growers, Stone Fruit and also soft fruit. Clearly this has been a challenging season and with storm Ciaran bearing down on southern England the last of the British apple harvest is going to be a very wet and muddy affair. Looking forward to the upcoming association’s technical meetings to agree actions plans and priorities for crop protection for 2024 and beyond.
